BVE series vinyl ester resins are used in;

* Boat building,
* Chemical storage tanks,

where higher mechanical and chemical resistance are required. BVE vinyl ester resins are offered in different versions suitable for infusion, hand lay-up and spray-up with thixotropic (T), blue peroxide indicator (B), preaccelerated (P), and low styrene emission (L) modifications according to user demand.

Boytek gelcoats used to achieve high surface quality in the production of composite materials are available in Orthophthalic, Isophthalic, Isophthalic, Isophthalic/NPG and Flame Retardant versions. Depending on the manufacturer's method of use, Boytek offers the Brush Type (F) for hand lay-up and the Spray Up Type (P) for gun spraying.

In addition, gelcoat types can be colored with pigment pastes, providing added value in applications where a glossy and colored surface is desired. Molds made of composite materials can also be used in the production of composite parts. Specially formulated gelcoats are used for molds that will withstand high temperatures and challenging mechanical values.

Boytek pigment pastes are produced with specially formulated styrene-free polyester resin and high quality pigment powders.

As the main ingredient is polyester, Boytek pigment pastes are perfectly compatible with gelcoats, epoxy, and polyester resins.

Apart from the standard color range, Boytek also produces RAL and NCS class colors.

Boytek also uses the latest technology in pigment paste production. Scans are made with a computer-aided color control system that eliminates color differences between charges, and extremely precise results are obtained.
