Boytek BRE range of unsaturated polyester resins covers a wide resin chemistry including Orthophthalic, Isophthalic, Isophthalic / NPG and DCPD. These resins are mostly combined with glass fibers to produce tough, durable composite parts to be employed in transportation, marine,construction and many other industries. They can also be combined with mineral fillers to produce cast counter tops, sinks, car repair, putties and bonding pastes.
Being a customer focused company, Boytek provides various versions of Standard resins such as Thixotropic (T), preaccelerated (P),blue indicator ( B) and low styrene emission (L), Composite parts that are produced among all this wide range of portfolio are utilized in various areas not only in catamarans, mega yachts, fishing boats and aqua parks but also in automotive industry, outdoor banners and strage tanks for chemicals, food and water. Likewise, sports equipments such as canoes and surfing boards, construction,marine,artifical marble can be included to above mentioned areas.
BVE Series vinylester resins are employed in production of marine and chemical sector products such as speed boats, chemical storage tanks, gratings and hand rails.
These specific products are demanded for their high-level of physical and chemical resistance.
BVE Series resins which have different types for infusion, hand layup and spray up production methods can be customized and provided with thixotropic (T), pre-accelerated (P) versions.
To achieve perfect surface characteristics and best protection of composite parts. Boytek’s gelcoats are diversified as Orthophtalic, Isophtalic, Isophtalic/ NPG and flame retardant. According to gelcoats users’ production methods, different versions like Brush type (F) for hand lay up method and spray up type (P) for spray gun application are provided.
In addition, Boytek gelcoats can be colored with Boytek pigment pastes to achieve glossy and durable composite parts and sanitary products. As composite moulds are also produced from composite raw materials, modified gelcoats that are resistant to chemicals, high temperatures and harsh environments are also produced by Boytek.
Boytek pigment pastes are composed of a specially formulated styrene free polyester resin and highest quality pigment powders.
Since the carrier is also polyester, Boytek pigment pastes exhibit perfect compliance with gelcoats, epoxy and polyester resins.
Apart from its standart color range, Boytek supplies complete RAL and NCS range of colors.
Batch to batch consistency of colors are assured by computerized color matching system.
OCV REINFORCEMENTS
Since 1992 Boytek has been the sole distributor of OCV for composite solutions, one of the largest glass fiber producers in the world. OCV products served to Industrial applcations ,wind energy, automotive ,ballistics, aerospace , sports and recreation. Boytek serves the Turkish composite industry with the following products:

ASHLAND DERAKANE VINYL ESTER RESINS
Since 2004 Boytek has been the sole distributor of Ashland Chemicals for Derakane vinyl ester resin brands. DERAKANE products include Bisphenol-A Epoxy Vinyl Ester Resins, Novolac Epoxy Vinyl Ester Resins.
